As the driving force behind SleepySeat, Abby manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer sales, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with drivers and suppliers. She takes pride in providing honest advice, excellent service, and making the buying process as smooth as possible from start to finish.

Walker brings extensive knowledge of office chair mechanics and many of the world’s leading ergonomic chair brands.

With years of hands-on experience, Walker specialises in chair restoration, servicing, and repairs, ensuring every chair meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. He also manages warranty assessments and helps customers resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Whether it’s diagnosing a complex mechanism, restoring a premium ergonomic chair, or performing routine servicing, Walker’s expertise and attention to detail help keep our customers’ chairs performing at their best for years to come.

Ryan oversees the company’s financial operations and helping drive sustainable business growth.

He manages the day-to-day accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end processes, ensuring the business operates efficiently and remains financially strong. Ryan also works closely with the management team to support strategic planning and business decision-making through sound financial analysis and insights.

With a strong focus on accuracy and planning, Ryan plays a key role in ensuring our business continues to grow while maintaining a solid financial foundation.

Ross is responsible for office relocations and coordinating labour to ensure every move is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Known for his friendly approach and excellent time-management skill. Ross is always available to assist customers throughout the relocation process. He works closely with clients and the moving team to ensure every project is well organised and runs smoothly from start to finish.

With a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail, Ross helps make office relocations as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Lilian ensures that the day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.

She is responsible for stock control and stocktakes, managing staff timesheets, payroll, and supporting the team’s daily administrative needs. With exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Lilian helps keep our operations accurate, efficient, and well organised.

James is one of our dedicated delivery drivers.
